Our gabion mattresses feature double-twisted hexagonal steel mesh (2.7-3.4mm wire diameter) with heavy galvanization for hydraulic applications. The flat, flexible units (standard 2m×1m×0.3m) with 80×100mm mesh are designed for riverbank stabilization, channel lining and coastal revetments. The permeable structure allows water flow while preventing erosion. Internal diaphragms provide stability in flowing water conditions.
